Monday – Friday, 3pm – 7pm
So happy to be back home at QDR. Some of you may remember me being on from 10am – 3pm, that was a “few” years ago :).
Since then, I got married and have two kids, Benjamin and Annabelle. We live in Cary and love taking advantage of the awesome parks and supporting our local businesses.
I also joined a men’s fitness group called, F3. So about 3-4 days a week I get up at 5am to work out with a bunch of other sleep-deprived men. We all have nicknames and mine happens to be “WKRP”, it’s a radio thing. If you forget your name or try to name yourself, then we give you a name you won’t forget like “Hello Kitty”… you know who you are, LOL!
Thanks for taking the time to catch up on my life, I look forward to catching up with you weekdays from 3p-7p on QDR and ONLY QDR!
