This black-and-white tuxedo cat is dressed in his fur-mal attire at all times—he’s just waiting for an escort down the red carpet, out of our adoption center, and to his forever home. Second Chance rescued Sea Monkey from a rural county shelter just over 100 days ago, so it’s high time to find his family!
