Hometown Hero of the Week: Scott Phillips, November 29th, 2023
Our QDR Hometown Hero of the Week is Scott Phillips, he works for EMS and Fire Service in Hoke County.
Scott was nominated by his daughter Marlei who says, “Scott Phillips has worked in EMS and Fire Service for 30 years. He cares for those around him fiercely and never fails to put others first. Not only is he an incredible paramedic and fire fighter, he is also an amazing dad who loves his children to no end. His children also love him more than he knows. He has held various deputy chief and county EMS director positions. He is also a HUGE fan of Smithfield’s.”
