Fursday: Meet Daisy from Wake County Animal Center!

Our girl, Daisy, is the softest girl in the building! Not only is she soft, she’s beautiful. She has the happiest tail wag and a great happy dance when you talk to her excitedly. She already knows sit and takes treats gently. She walks well on her leash with minimal pulling. She is 7, so likely out of her puppy phase, but still has energy and spunk. She is a fun, joyful girl ready to meet her new family!

Daisy has been in a playgroup with male dogs here at the center. She is an eager and interactive player. She enjoyed being chased and chasing. When she really enjoys her playmate, she jumps and spins like a little ballerina! For her favorite friends, she will even give a double spin.
Daisy has a history of not enjoying other girl dogs, so her ideal home companion would be a playful male.

She is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and is already spayed! If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
