Our QDR Hometown Hero of this week is Phillip Howard, a Police Officer in Cary.

Phillip was nominated by members of his family and community who say, “Phillip has been a police officer in Cary, North Carolina for almost 6 years. Following in his father Phil and mother Tammy’s footsteps, Phillip is dedicated to the safety and well-being of his community. When he is not at work, he enjoys fishing with his fiancé, Jordan, spending time with family, and cooking oysters for his lifelong best friend, Hunter. The past years have been tough for officers everywhere, but Phillip remains dedicated to being there for people on their worst days and making their bad situations better. He is an inspiration to his family and friends, and we thank him for all the hard work he does!”
