Our QDR Hometown Hero of the week is Bob Golimowski, Detective Sergeant at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. 

Bob was nominated by his wife Elizabeth who says, “Bob works with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office. Bob is a wonderful man; he has worked in law enforcement for 27.5 years. Though it can be a tough career, he is always there to help those in need. We are so incredibly proud of the law enforcement officer, husband, father, and son he is. Bob is an Air Force Veteran and a current Captain with Saulston Volunteer Fire Department. On March 1, he will end his law enforcement career as he retires from a job that he loves.” On behalf of everyone here at 94.7 QDR, we would like to wish Bob a happy retirement.
