FURSDAY- Drake from the SPCA of Wake County

FURSDAY- Drake from the SPCA of Wake County

Meet Drake!

Drake is an ultra-snuggly 3-year-old neutered male shorthair cat. He loves to reach up and give you hugs, curl into your neck, or sit on your shoulder. He’s the type of guy who will greet you with a whole lotta love every time you come home! Besides being a giant love-bug, Drake is an easy-going, laid-back cat who loves sunbathing and napping near his favorite person. Drake also has a mild case of Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH for short) which is a condition some cats are born with that causes them to be a bit wobbly or uncoordinated. But Drake’s case is not severe, and he has no problem getting around! His CH won’t stop him from living a normal, happy cat life! He may just always wobble a little when he moves.

Whoever adopts Drake is going to get a lot of love coming into their life! Drake would probably fit in well with most families. He seems to get along with other cats, and based on his sweet disposition we think he’d probably be fine with children, too. We don’t know whether he likes dogs or not – it may just depend on the dog!

Drake’s adoption fee is $45 which includes his neuter, microchip, vaccines, and FIV/FeLV testing (he is negative for both)! Interested adopters can find more information at spcawake.org.
