Our QDR Hometown Hero of the week is Jessica Latham, a nurse at WakeMed Hospital.

Jessica was nominated by Alyssa Fenty who says, “Jessica has been in the nursing field for over 20+ years at WakeMed Raleigh. She has worked 40+ hours a week since COVID began to help keep up with the demand. She is a mom of 3 amazing kids who treasure her, a sister, a daughter, a wife, a friend to many. She gives all she has to her patients and colleagues. She recently received WakeMed’s Pyramid Award, the top award within WakeMed.”
