Our QDR Hometown Hero of the week is Rhonda Coyne, a detective for the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.
For years Rhonda has held the position of crime scene detective for the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office. She has served in numerous roles and positions during her law enforcement career inlcuding Criminal Investigator for the Lake Royale Police Department. She is always striving to better herself and cares deeply about making her community the best and safest that it can be.
