94.7 QDR wants to help homeless animals around the Triangle find fur-ever homes and that’s why we started Fursdays!

We are bringing back our Fursdays the safe way – through Zoom! Each week we will feature a local pet up for adoption through one of the amazing rescue organizations around the area.

This week we are talking with APS of Durham about Lucy!

I’m a sweet girl who loves to meet new friends and explore. I’m pretty curious and interested to visit new places and people. I’m affectionate and love gentle pets. I’ll even climb into your lap for more. I also love treats and will give you my full attention for the best ones. Let’s get to know one another!

Lucy is currently looking for a foster home where she can safely and calmly undergo heartworm treatment. Once treatment is completed, we anticipate this sweet girl will be ready for her next home. Lucy is an adult, medium-sized dog. She is good in homes with kids who are comfortable around dogs, friendly with other dogs, but not much interested in actively playing with other dogs.
