Our QDR Hometown Hero of the Week is Taylor Grantham, a paramedic in Wayne County!
His nominator said:
“Taylor began his career with Wayne County EMS in October of 2012. He went on to attain his Paramedic license in November of 2015. Taylor became a Paramedic Supervisor in 2019. He began this journey straight out of high school and married his high school sweetheart, Ashley (my bonus daughter). He has become the proud Dance Dad of three beautiful girls, Peyton (13), Nora (8), & Lynley (5). Taylor is also a proud member of Pikeville Pleasant Grove OFWB Church since 2012 & in 2024 he became the youngest Deacon to serve his church. While managing all these roles, Taylor still manages to show up and hustle helping others out with lawn maintenance and home repairs. Taylor never expects recognition and really doesn’t even like it much, but he does love SCNB! ❤️ He’s more than a Hometown Hero to his girls and our entire family!”
