Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1 cup cornstarch

2 eggs, beaten

Oil for frying
Orange Sauce

¾ cup orange juice

Zest of 1 orange

¼ cup soy sauce

⅓ cup sugar

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
1. Prepare the chicken2. Fry the chicken3. Make the sauce4. Thicken the sauceStir in the cornstarch mixture and cook for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
5. Toss the chickenAdd the fried chicken to the saucepan and toss until every piece is coated in the orange sauce.
