Spinach Artichoke Dip

Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Serving size: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup spinach, sautéed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Optional: chips or crackers

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. in a skillet, sauté spinach, and minced garlic in a skillet for 5 minutes or until cooked down.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, and parmesan in a bowl.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot, optionally with chips or crackers on the side.
