Our QDR Hometown Hero of this week is Kim Ward.

Kim Ward was nominated by Brandon Ward who says that Kim is a “mom, wife, CNA and an LPN student. Kim has been my caregiver through my battle with stage 4 cancer and MS, all while being a mom, a full-time nursing student, a full-time CNA, and she also helped me with Relay for Life. She goes above and beyond to ensure her patients are taken care of and are as comfortable as possible.  She has never missed a shift during the height of the pandemic and even picked up extra shifts. Kim is always smiling with her patients and loves her job and is continuing her education to make it to BSN and beyond.”
