The makeover is underway!!!
His wife Tracie said: “My husband is the BEST spouse and BEST DAD EVER! No, Really! He always takes the time to help with the high school Band Boosters to support our 16-year-old son by chaperoning games and competitions all the way to towing the equipment trailer! He takes the time to help coach our 12-year-old son’s baseball team and takes him to play golf so that he can learn and develop a love he has had for the game since a young boy. Doing all of this while working full time (plus some!) and even taking radiation treatments every day for 3 months at the beginning of 2020 for cancer that had returned. He never missed a day of work or an event with one of the kids. He makes sure we go camping and that we spend time as a family. He never seems to have enough time to do “his” thing which is woodworking. He has acquired some of the necessary tools and enjoys making things.
In April, he MADE me a wooden bracelet for my birthday which was so much better than a store-bought one! He always puts others first especially his family. However, he needs some help with his “cave” which is our garage (and sadly only half of that!). If he could get some shelving units, storage boxes, some more tools, and even some fun things like a mini-refrigerator for the garage for just HIM, it would take a load off so that he could just go to the garage, take a break from us and do HIS thing! We didn’t think we could have children after we married in 1988. But when it did happen for us in 2003, I never could have imagined what an AMAZING father he would be. We are truly, truly blessed and I hope he knows how much we love him. This is so overdue and would be so well-deserved! Thank you for allowing me to brag!”
