Our Hometown Hero of the week is Jonathan Miller of Albertson.

He was nominated by Kristin who says, “Approaching 20 years of service with the Albertson Volunteer Fire Department, Jonathan is the true meaning of pride, honor, and integrity. It’s the love for this job and helping others out when in need that are the most important to him. This year, Jonathan became Albertson Volunteer Fire Department’s chief. Jonathan works full time with Agriment Services. Although, volunteers do not get paid for being at the fire department, he works full time at the Fire Department as well. He does it for the love of saving others, helping his community and for being a part of the brotherhood of firefighters.”
